Looking for Miracles — Garden Photos

>

(My son, Zach, in Autumn leaves)

Christmas trees are in the grocery store parking lot, off-loaded the day after Thanksgiving. I didn’t wait that long. I started the week before Thanksgiving. As I write this, Stevie Nicks is singing Silent Night. (Actually, it’s a recording of Stevie, just to clarify.) The last few leaves hang dogged and resolute from the Dogwood and Alder and Birch trees, not yet willing to yield. The garden is given over to evergreen shrubs, as the perennials and herbaceous grasses
ready themselves for winter slumber (think of it as garden Sabbath).
I will take pictures of my winter garden, but have finally posted garden photos from this past year.
Soon they will be on my website.
Now they are on
terrydhershey.zenfolio.
Enjoy. And pass the word.
They are also posted on my Facebook page.

I spend the first half hour of every morning, wandering my garden looking for miracles. May Sarton
