How can you tell you’re in a great garden? You sneak up on the gardener, and you’ll find a goofy grin on their face. They are just tickled to be there. It can happen to every one of us when we give up the need for public opinion. In our hearts we are all gardeners. Whether or not we’ve ever picked up a trowel. Because gardening is not about digging, or planting for that matter.
Gardening is about cherishing. And there is only one requirement to cherish: you must be present.
Enjoy my garden.

Happy Thanksgiving Terry…….Today we give thanks for all those things near and dear to us. God, life and our kids.
Hi Terry, I do love your Sabbath moments and thank you for those, I know they take time, thought and prayer. I also have a tattered copy of Soul Gardening I found at a second hand store years ago, which was how I found you. Funny because it had underlines and scribbles from the previous owner and so makes me wonder why it is not in their hands anymore. It surely must have inspired them enough to write on the pages.
As your garden inspires you, so does mine. I hope to get over to the Island someday if you open yours for a tour.
I also want to share a blog I write and hope to inspire others as well.
Thank you!
