Have you known times when life is just “too much,” or too uncertain, or too depleting?
When that happens, where do we go for that reservoir of strength and resolve and grace and permission, which assures us we cannot be undone by life’s unkindness or sadness?
Terry reminds us that we cannot access that reservoir as long as we are running with a deficit… without time, resolve, heart or fortitude.   When we only see the deficit, we are owned by fear. We are stuck, we shut down and we don’t listen to our heart.  So, where do we rest and renew and replenish? Where are we reminded that inside is a reservoir of plenty. Yes, any one of us can be selfish, petty, fearful and controlling. But today we are reminded that we also have the capacity to be open, vulnerable, heart filled, trustworthy, forgiving and generous.
