Sanctuary: creating a place for grace in your life
Two of our popular e-course leaders, Terry Hershey and Patricia Campbell Carlson, have teamed up for the first time to share their visions and experiences of creating and offering sanctuary.
Join us for a one-month e-course where we will explore how to make or reclaim a grace-filled place to be, for yourself and in the wider context of a world in need of safe harbors.
Through 12 emails, Terry and Patricia will help us reflect on what we long for in sanctuary, what personal and cultural blocks keep us from fulfilling that yearning, what tools different religious traditions provide for establishing sanctuary, the elements of design and boundaries that make sanctuary effective, and how we can create public spaces that invite people to be replenished.
